       冯立华，博士，中南大学教授，博士生导师，于上海交通大学获得博士学位。主要关注图论，代数图论，组合矩阵论以及设计等相关问题及其在物理化学中的应用，目前关注群上的图的特征值问题的研究。发表论文100多篇，被引用600多次。Math Review评论员（No: 056682）。主持基金多项。

摘      要：

       Let $\Gamma$ be a finite simple graph with adjacency matrix $A$.   $\Gamma$ is said to be singular if and only if $A$ has an eigenvalue $0$.
The nullity of $\Gamma$, denoted by null$(\Gamma)$, is the multiplicity of the eigenvalue $0$ in the spectrum of $\Gamma$.In this talk, we completely determine the singularity of graphs $\Gamma$ for which the dicylic or semi-dihedral group acts transitively and faithfully on $V$ as a group of automorphisms. Moreover, we give formulas to calculate the nullities for such graphs.
