报告人简介:

       首都师范大学数学科学学院教授，博士生导师，主要从事函数逼近论，信息复杂性理论等的研究，在国内外著名学术刊物如J. Funct. Anal.， Constr. Approx.，J. Complexity, J. Approx. Theory共发表了80多篇学术论文，在SCI杂志上发表论文70多篇。主持过多项国家和北京市自然科学基金项目。2020年获得了国外信息复杂性委员会颁发的信息复杂性领域最高奖“约瑟夫·特劳布”奖。2021获2020年北京市自然科学奖二等奖。

摘      要：

      Functions of bounded variation were introduced in 1881 by Jordan and used in convergence theory of Fourier series. Later, function classes with bounded variation has been extended in several interesting directions. In this talk, we shall introduce and discuss various generalizations of function classes of bounded variation, and investigate embed-ding relationships between generalized Lipschitz classes and function classes of generalized bounded variation.
