报告人简介:

       欧祖军，理学博士，教授，硕士生导师，研究方向：试验设计与计算机试验。现任吉首大学数学与统计学院院长，湖南省芙蓉学者、湖南省121创新人才、湖南省优秀研究生导师、湖南省青年骨干教师、湖南省研究生优秀教学团队：统计学教学团队负责人。2011年6月毕业于华中师范大学，获理学博士学位；2012-2013年访问香港大学统计与精算学系。获湖北省优秀博士学位论文、全国统计科研优秀成果奖优秀博士论文奖二等奖、湖南省自然科学奖三等奖1项（排名第一）、湘西州青年科技奖等奖励；主持国家自然科学基金项目3项。担任中国现场统计研究会试验设计分会常务理事、中国数学会均匀设计分会常务理事、中国青年统计学家协会常务理事。

摘      要：

       At the primary stage of most of scientific investigations, supersaturated designs (SSDs) are extremely cost-effective to scientists and engineers. Booth and Cox [Booth KHV, Cox DR. Some systematicsupersaturated designs. Technometrics. 1962;4:489-495] proposed E(s2) as a criterion for comparing several SSDs. It is to be remarked that E(s2) fails to compare many of competing SSDs. To overcome this drawback of the measure proposed by Booth and Cox, here we propose R-optimality as a measure forSSDs.
