刘俊,副教授,现任职于南伊利诺伊大学爱德华兹维尔分校(SIUE) 数学和统计系。他于2010年硕士毕业于华南师范大学和2015年博士毕业于南伊利诺伊大学卡本代尔分校 (SIUC). 他的主要研究方向主要包括数值偏微分方程及其最优控制问题,数值线性代数和工程计算中的各类快速算法。到目前为止共发表各类期刊文章五十多篇,其中包括 SIMAX, SISC, Inverse Problems, Adv Comput Math, Numer. Algorithms, Mathematical Biosciences 等。
摘 要:
In this talk, I will introduce a diagonalization-based direct parallel in time (PinT) algorithm, which shows promising parallel efficiency for solving time-dependent PDEs. However, such PinT algorithms were not applied to inverse PDE problems yet. Within the framework of quasi-boundary value regularization methods, I will present new direct PinT solvers for solving two classical inverse PDE problems: Backward Heat Conduction Problem and Inverse Source Problem. The key novel idea is to explore the flexibility of regularization methods for better structured linear systems. The high efficiency of the proposed algorithms is illustrated by 1D and 2D numerical examples.
