报告人简介:
卢剑权,东南大学教授,应用数学和网络空间安全专业的博士生导师,德国洪堡学者,IEEE高级会员,TCCT逻辑系统控制学组秘书长。主要研究方向为复杂网络群体行为、布尔控制网络等,在SIAM J.、Automatica和IEEE汇刊发表论文70多篇,37篇入选ESI高被引论文。2018年-2019年入选科睿唯安“全球高被引科学家”;2016年获得江苏省科学技术二等奖(排名第一),2010年获江苏省科学技术一等奖(排名第二); 2016年获江苏省数学成就奖;2015年--2019年连续五年入选Elsevier中国高被引学者榜单。入选教育部新世纪优秀人才,江苏省“333高层次人才培养工程”中青年科学技术带头人,江苏省“六大人才高峰”高层次人才。主持国家自然科学基金面上项目3项,江苏省杰青、霍英东基金等省部级项目6项。担任3个SCI刊物Journal of the Franklin Institute、Neural Processing Letters和Neural Computing and Applications的编委,担任《系统科学与数学》、《控制与决策》的编委会委员,SCIENCE CHINA: Information Sciences等3个SCI期刊的客座编委。
摘 要:
This talk focuses on the dynamic analysis, control and applications of impulsive systems. Specifically, the concept of average impulsive interval will be introduced and, based on this concept, a unified synchronization criterion for impulsive dynamical networks is established. Furthermore, a new concept of average impulsive delay is introduced to characterize impulsive delays from a holistic perspective. In addition, unlike previous results on the "negative" effect of delay on the stability of impulsive systems, this talk will show the potential "positive" effect of delay on the stability of impulsive systems. Finally, impulsive control is successfully applied to stabilization of networked systems under denial-of-service (DoS) attacks. These applications demonstrate that impulsive controllers are very robust to a wide range of DoS attackers, even if their attack parameters (DoS duration and DoS frequency) are previously unknown to the control designer.
