报告人简介:

        张贻民，武汉理工大学数学科学研究中心教授，博士生导师。2003年于四川大学数学科学学院获得学士学位，2010年华南理工大学获得理学博士学位。主要从事非线性偏微分方程和非线性泛函分析及其应用方面的研究。主持国家自然科学基金3项，参与国家自然科学基金面上项目3项。目前，已在 SIAM J. Imaging Sci.，J. Differ. Equ.，Comm. Conte. Mathe., Proceedings Amer. Math. Soc.等国内外数学期刊发表SCI论文四十多篇。曾获湖北省自然科学二等奖，武汉理工大学自然科学二等奖等。

摘      要：

       In this talk, we proposed a variational model for joint segmentation, diffeomorphic image registration and intensity correction.   For the segmentation component, the ariational-based segmentation model is integrated with the probability map via a dual transformation, enabling the model to handle multiclass segmentation while retaining the advantages of the variational framework. For the registration component, the combination of geometrical structure matching and intensity matching yields improved results.
