报告人简介:

        Elena Aladova Chestakov is currently a postdoc at the University of São Paulo (Brasil). She has PhD in Algebra at Moscow Pedagogical State University (2004) and PhD in Computer Science at Bar-Ilan University (2019). Her main area of research is varieties and the theory of polynomial identities. Currently, she works mainly in the area of universal algebraic geometry.

摘      要：

        Universal algebraic geometry is the algebraic geometry over arbitrary algebraic structures. It is a new area of research in modern algebra however 

there are already various important results here as well as interesting developments of a general theory. 

       The main aim of the universal algebraic geometry is to consider the interaction between algebraic structure of an algebra and its geometrical and logical properties. This theory uses the ideas and treats the problems related to universal algebra, algebraic geometry, algebraic logic and model theory. 

       In this talk we would like to give a small introduction to this large area 

of knowledge.
