报告人简介:

        苏仰锋分别于1986年、1992年获复旦大学计算数学专业学士、博士学位,现为复旦大学数学科学学院教授。其主要研究兴趣为数值代数,特别关注集成电路电子设计自动化中的结构化数值代数问题



摘      要:

         This talk presents several numerical linear algebra problems in electronic design automation (EDA) that we have studied and are currently investigating. These include very large-scale structured linear systems arising in power grid analysis for flat panel display simulation, as well as periodic eigenvalue problems, parameterized linear systems, and preconditioning techniques arising in the periodic steady-state analysis of radio-frequency circuits. Owing to the special design features of integrated circuits, the resulting numerical problems have distinctive structures, properties, and formulations, which pose new challenges to numerical linear algebra.
